RailYatri's advice to customers is to choose food providers (restaurants) they are aware of and whose service they are most comfortable with.

RailYatri's responsibilities do NOT include:The Delivery Restaurant not delivering food on time, quantity of food not as per customer's expectation, Delivery Restaurant cancelling an order due to unavoidable reasons, the Delivery Restaurant tweaking the items slightly due to unavailability issues.
