• The user undertakes to indemnify RailYatri against all types of losses and damages incurred by RailYatri due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant made by the User against RailYatri with respect to the intimations mentioned above or on account of any wrong number or email id provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.
• The user acknowledges that RailYatri has the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice. RailYatri will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from RailYatri's mobile service operator.
• The SMS services will be available to the users only if the user is within the cellular service range of the particular cellular service provider or within such area, which forms part of the roaming network of such cellular service provider providing services to the customer.
